Service requests

When you submit a request, Cook Technology sends your name, company, email, optional phone, site or remote scope, service, timing and job details to our dispatch team so our people can respond. Sending a request does not automatically book service. Please avoid passwords, payment details and sensitive documents; coordinate any necessary access with our team.

Optional AI helper

The helper is optional. When you click Send in chat, your message and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to produce a reply using approved public company knowledge. You can call, email or use the request form without chatting. Our website does not save chat transcripts in its analytics database. The API request asks OpenAI not to store the response; provider processing and retention are governed by OpenAI’s policies.

Sessions & spam protection

An essential session cookie protects the request form, prevents duplicate submissions and groups website interactions within that session. The server uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for temporary rate-limit buckets. IP addresses, names and emails are not stored in the aggregate analytics table. Hosting systems may keep normal access and security logs.

Aggregate website statistics

We count browser sessions, form starts, accepted requests, helper openings and replies, rejected submissions, and phone or email clicks. Counts are grouped by day, broad traffic category and requested service. We do not collect full referring URLs, search terms or campaign values in this analytics table. These statistics help us improve how visitors reach our people; they do not identify individual customers.
